Visa E2
HOW PLAN B WORKS
With approximately $250,000.00, the investor will be able, with the help of our advisory team, to present an active project for property construction.
A business plan is developed demonstrating that at least one house will be built, turning the investor into a property developer or builder.
With our guidance, the investor will open a company, which will own the property and the entire process, a bank account, and everything necessary to start the process.
We find the lot, start the construction, and if necessary, we request a loan to finish the construction of the property which at this moment (second semester of 2024) can be around $350,000 approximately.
Once the house is built (approximately within a range of 8 to 10 months), the sales or rental process begins.
If the investor wishes to sell the house, once it is sold, the process of building the new house restarts, and so on until the visa is active. That is, with a visa valid for an initial 5 years, the average number of houses that will be contracted and sold if there are no extraordinary events, will be 4 houses per validity period.
If the investor wants to keep the house and decides to rent it, they must again contribute $250,000 for the construction of the new house and thus continue with an active construction process.
It is required that the investment of Plan B for the construction of the house be maintained at a minimum. The profits (equity) from each sale can be used by the investor but not the economic basis of the project.
Even though the project's base is $250,000, the investment can be higher, and a greater number of properties can be built per cycle.
